Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

1. Provider and scope

CViser is provided by Mesut Saygıoğlu (sole proprietorship), Kütükçü Mah. 2974 Sok. Emre-Eren Apt. No: 4 Kat: 1 Daire: 3, Kepez/Antalya, Türkiye, email cviser@seatlocklicense.com ("we"). These terms apply to the CViser app and its online services. By using the app you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, within the rules of the app store you got it from. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the app, except where the law allows it. All rights in the app remain with us.

3. Account

You can use CViser without an account. An account is needed to sync CVs and to buy anything. Keep your login details safe and give correct information. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account).

4. Your content

Your CVs belong to you. You are responsible for their content and for making sure it is true and that you may use it. You give us only the rights needed to store, sync and process your content to provide the service, for example to send it to our AI provider when you use an AI feature.

5. AI features and fair use

AI features (improve text, tailor to a job ad, translate, pick a design, import a CV) generate suggestions automatically. They can be incomplete or wrong. Check every result before you use it. You decide what goes into your CV.

You get 2 free AI actions. To keep the service affordable for everyone, paid access includes these fair-use limits:

• Single CV unlock: up to 15 AI actions for that CV.
• 30-day pass: up to 150 AI actions during the 30 days.
• Lifetime: up to 100 AI actions per month.
• CV imports (from PDF or pasted text): up to 5 per user.

The app shows how many actions you have left. We may block automated or abusive use.

6. Purchases

All purchases are one-time payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Prices are shown in the store before you buy, including applicable taxes. Purchases are linked to your account, so you need to be signed in to buy. Use "Restore purchases" in the app to get them back on a new device.

• Single CV unlock: unlimited edits and PDF downloads for one CV. After the first PDF download, the name and date of birth on that CV are locked, so the unlock cannot be reused for another person's CV.
• 30-day pass: unlimited CVs for 30 days from the purchase. It ends automatically after 30 days and is not renewed.
• Lifetime: unlimited CVs for as long as we offer the app.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and Turkey)

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. For digital content that is provided immediately, this right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal. The app store asks for this at checkout. In Turkey, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered instantly (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15). Your statutory rights in case of defects are not affected.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use CViser to break the law, to create CVs with false information about other people, to infringe the rights of others, or to attack or overload our systems.

9. No guarantee of results

CViser helps you write and design a CV. We do not guarantee that you get interviews, a job, or any other result.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features. If we stop offering the app, we will give reasonable notice. CVs saved on your device stay on your device.

11. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow a limitation. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual duties and only for typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded. Keep your own copies of important CVs.

12. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. App store terms

If you got the app from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance or support, or for claims relating to it (product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property). If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you can notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on a U.S. list of restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. If you got the app from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer living in the EU or elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring claims in the courts there. Consumers in Turkey can also apply to consumer arbitration committees (tüketici hakem heyetleri) and consumer courts. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board in the EU.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when features change. We will tell you about important changes in the app in advance. The changes do not affect purchases already made.
